I'm With the Band

I’m With the Band is a re-creation of the iconic Alice band accessory using only the hair to do so. As a visual shape, the style is reminiscent of trends seen throughout the 1960s with volume at the crown, and brought up-to-date with texture through the back. Through the front there is a transparent movement – almost veiled across the face which is emphasised by a flat, shiny texture to represent the sleek, fabric ‘Alice band’ accessory through the middle.
